“Golden Ladder Award” is a coveted award among our UCREIA “family”.  Recipients have helped someone rise up, take another big step upward, stand taller, and reach for the skies!”

The 7th Golden Ladder Awards Ceremony will be at the Dec 18 UCREIA Christmas Party!

 We are giving Upstate CREIA members the opportunity to recognize someone in the group who has helped them in their RE business in some way recently....

-like helping them analyze a deal,  kept them from making a huge mistake, went out of their way to go with them to meet a seller or look at a rehab project, helped them run numbers, picked them up when they were down and out about a failed project, encouraged them thru a project, helped them wrap their head around a tough concept till they got the Aaa-haa moment, etc.

Many of our loyal, helpful and giving members have earned these awards!  Several have received them multiple times!  Who will win this year?  Could it be you? Or someone who has helped you this year?

Let’s recognize another member or two at the Dec 18th Christmas party meeting to give them the recognition they deserve for helping you.
