On August 30, 2018, they sold their 34-acre horse ranch in Adairsville, Georgia and moved into their motorhome. They now are full-time RVers. They travel the country seeing the sights. He also takes groups of investors (up to 30 people) door knocking so they can see first-hand how to make 5 to 10 written offers per day, and that 8 out of 10 sellers to invite you in.
