Bryan Maddex has been ranked in the top 1% of mortgage loan originators 4 of the last 5 years and lead his company in production in 2020 closing over 400 loans and over $101 Million Dollars, more than tripling 2019 production which was his best year ever. He has been lending since 1997 and now has a team of 13 that work on his production (and looking to hire!). In his career as a banker, he lent over $300 Million from 1997 until 2013 and over $250 Million as a mortgage loan officer since 2014. Bryan has a check book self directed IRA, 4 Short Term Rentals, and understands real estate investors as a real estate investor. He has 4 boys and loves to travel with the family.
