REHABBERS CAGE MATCH!
Rehabbers will go head to head on what they do to increase value on a rehab to retail flip. We expect this to be a lively, fun, informative and educational event. Don’t miss this one!!!
To set the scene….a panel of 4 local, experienced rehabbers, all UCREIA Members, will each evaluate the SAME Un-rehabbed PROPERTY separately/independently. Each will make a plan for demo, any floor plan changes/additions/etc, detailed scope of work, estimated rehab costs and rehab timeline, reasons for “why” their plan adds value, description of various styles/types/quality of finishes, and more. Each will present their plan, then discuss/argue/throw down why their plan makes more sense.
Rehabber panelists include Beth Velner, Josh Dennison, Melissa Patton and Joseph Cariveau.
