Our main Yahoo Groupss list-serve is used by thousands of area investors and other professionals who serve the real estate investing industry.
This list is also used as the primary communitaion tool to reach our dues-paying memembers as well as thoes on the Upstaand communicate Upstate Carolina Real Estate Investors Association, Inc. (UCREIA) meeting information, reminders, and announcements.  This list also gives investors (and support services people) a place to meet and exchange information.  This list of around 3,400 members services all of the Upstate of South Carolina area as well as adjacent areas of North Carolina as needed by investors.

Discusses issues of interest to landlords, tenants and property managers, including landlord/tenant law, acquisition and/or lease of rental properties, residential codes, rental announcements, property taxation, grants, and other sources of funds for investing in rental property, insurance options, security and theft of personal property related to rentals.  Different topic each month.
